I was reading the Times magazine while I was home over the break, and there was an article about the Olympics... yes, I'm addicted right now... who isn't?! Michael Phelps is killin' it.. Todd Rogers and big Phil just might hold out and do some damage tonight.. well this morning... our girls are doing floor routines for either Gold or Silver.. it's going to be a wonderful night!
.. as I digress ..
There was something about the closing days of the ceremonies, and how at the end of it we're all just going to be waiting 1,500 days until the Olympics in London.. and I got to thinking.
What all can I do in 1,500 days?
And that's when I issued myself a challenge. 1,500 days to change my self-image, mental image, everything. I want to become a catalyst of change in this very crazy world. I'm going to keep a track of everything. From the mundane to the extreme. Food logs, homework blues, testing stress, if I talk to anyone neat, meet someone different - everything. I want to track the process of human thought. It's going to be interesting - and definitely cool to look back on in a few years.
