MY FEET ARE KILLING ME!!
I played golf this morning. I got out there around 8:45 and that lasted till almost 12. I walked the entire time, too. I fought my pedometer at my apartment - so I can only guess that I walked over 3 miles.
I then went to Walmart, and got some fruit and more lettuce for my salads. I stopped by Subway and got one of those $5 footlongs, I got Oven Roasted Chicken Breast on Honey Oak, with lettuce, tomato, black olives, green bell peppers, and banana peppers - with just a touch of Honey mustard. That lunch... was AMAZING! I drank about 3 liters of water this morning, too.
I kinda just laid around this afternoon. I needed to rest my legs/feet, because I wanted to get another workout in that evening... so I was a complete waste this afternoon.
Around 5:30, I went out for my walk. I got in 6,475 steps (3.04 miles) in just under an hour!! I'm getting quicker ;- )
For dinner I had a salad with some wonderful lettuce and spinach, carrots, pico de gallo (tomatoes, onions and some spices), cheese, tuna and some balsamic dressing. It's wonderful and very low on the calories. I'm not really counting the calories, simply because I know the vegetables and protein are good for me, the cheese I keep to a minimal amount (gotta get the diary in for the day), and the dressing is just under 50 calories for a tablespoon.
I'm working on my 4th and 5th liter of water....
Overall, it was a great day!
tomorrow: gotta go to the library for a couple of hours and do some reading, revising of my papers, and study.
