Ok.. I'm gonna get real in this one.
I love working out.. but cardio isn't my friend. I walked just over 3 miles in about an hour, which was ok. I can't run yet, so I've gotta "crawl before I walk" kinda thing right now. I think if I get a good few months of hardcore walking under me - I'll be able to run by Christmas. That's my goal.. 4 months, and I want to be running the whole time I'm doing my cardio routine.
Afterwards, I got in a good dinner. Salad with tuna and a very lite dressing, fruit, and 1 liter of water. I'm shooting for drinking 4 to 5 liters of water a day. Which is pretty sweet.. if you're wondering how much a liter is, just google it.
Anyways, I've gotta do some reading for class tomorrow... and watch the Olympics of course!
